All warranties are transferrable! They stick with the home. Most plumbing companies don't do this because they want to minimize their coverage! We know our work is done at such a high level that we lead the industry with some of the BEST warranties in the industry.

Anything not covered below	Standard Warranty 90 days "No Worries Warranty" on Parts and Labor (industry standard).
Traditional Tank Water Heaters	6/10/30 year parts depending on which option you choose. Standard labor warranty.
Tankless Water Heaters	12 year parts and labor.
Halo 5 Stage Whole House Water Filter	10 year parts/ labor - Includes a checkup after 5 years and 10 years to check chlorine levels and verify the filter is performing as expected. Tuning it up as well. - Warranty doesn't cover the life of the carbon. This is dependent on water usage.
Repipes	5 year parts/labor.
Partial Reroutes (plumbing or drain)	Standard 90/1 year.
Full Reroutes of water or sewer lines inside a house.	25 year parts/labor - No Worries AND No Backup Warranty.
Pipe Burst Trenchless Sewer	25 year parts/labor - No Worries AND No Backup Warranty.
Cure In Place Trenchless Sewer	25 year parts/labor - No Worries AND No Backup Warranty.
Hydro Jetting	1 Year No Worries AND No Backup Warranty. Jetting cost can be applied to a permanent solution if done during the warranty period.

Exceptions and Other FAQs

"No Worries Warranty" means we take the extra time to triple check our work and thoroughly evaluate every situation so you won't have to deal with this problem again. In the rare circumstance where something doesn't go according to plan, we'll come back at no charge to look at the situation. If there is a problem with our work, we'll make it right.
"No Backup Warranty" - Your home is protected against messy backups! If you have a backup or slowing of drainage, we'll come out at no charge to check it out. If it’s related to our work, we'll make it right.
We hold ongoing technical training EVERY week with our service experts. We focus on making sure they're knowledgeable about every aspect of plumbing in the home and know how to do the work the right way. When we hire service experts with years of experience, they go through an extensive onboarding training process to ensure that they know how to fix things the right way. It's common for these experienced service experts to learn something they never knew in their very first technical training class. We can offer these industry leading warranties because we take the time to train our service experts to do things the right way.
